Leadership begins with an honest conversation — with yourself first, and then with the people you lead.
I work one to one with people who carry responsibility: leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals in transition, and people who sense there is more in them than their current context allows them to use.
My approach comes from more than 35 years of developing human potential — first in education, then in leadership formation, and now through executive coaching, mentoring and the ventures I lead. Coaching is where that experience becomes personal and specific to one individual.

The background behind the work
- More than three decades in education as an educator and academic and administrative leader, founding and directing leadership formation programs such as BAMUN and COLMUN.
- Institutional leadership within the United Nations Association of Colombia (UNACOLOMBIA), and the design of experiential learning and global citizenship programs.
- Executive coaching training at the University of Miami and Professional Membership of the International Coaching Federation.
- The founding and leadership of Visionarium, and my current work as Co-Founder & CEO of FRAME and Co-Founder of Vision2ai.
